I am a single male who has been out of work since January 2008. I was recently diagnosed with a severe hearing loss which prevents me from working in really noisy environments . I live in Dixon Illinios and have applied for disability . I am seeking help with getting my truck payment, rent and phone bill paid . My phone has been dissconnected a few weeks ago and I have no help from family to pay these billls I was wondering if anyone could help me .
